“I have been using ServiceNow for over a year, and while the technicians are excellent, the front office leaves much to be desired. They are consistently rude, often do not listen to your concerns, require you to repeat your issue multiple times, and still fail to get it right.
After more than a year of service, I have decided to stop spending my money on a company that treats customers this way. Jenean, in particular, provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you find yourself on the phone with her, expect a long and frustrating conversation where you will feel neither respected nor valued as a customer. She seems more focused on being right than helping you, often talking for three to four minutes without interruption about unrelated topics when she is unable to assist you, rather than simply stating that she can't help.
After enduring numerous unpleasant interactions with Jenean, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.”
