“We came home on 7/11/26 to find our AC frozen up again – second time in 2weeks. The unit had just had its yearly inspection 3weeks prior. I placed a call for service and was assigned a time slot for the next day. The technician called the next day to confirm the appointment and ask several pertinent questions to help him prepare while he drove from Starve Rock area to our house. Once here he quickly identified the problem (s) and told us there would be no service fee for his call since the installation had not been done properly leading to three leaks in the system. He then spent almost 3 hours in the heat tearing apart the system, replacing a coil, replacing the refrigerant and fixing the leaks. When I ask Ian, the tech, what we owed he said nothing. He considered it a warranty situation and it was covered even through the system was several years old. Many other companies would have charged us anyway. ServiceNow continues to amaze me with their promptness, their products, their honesty and their dedication to providing true customer service. Ian was absolutely great saying several times that with the heat wave coming this week he just wanted to be sure we had AC. You cannot find a better company to work with- period.”

I am just really excited at the service provided by the gentleman that came to check our Furnace and AC Unit. It was really just annual check. I am a one of the customers that signed a contract for a yearly checkup of my furnace and such. He was very thorough and concise. Thank you, for all the work that you all do.”

She was professional , hard working and did everything she could to get it up and running. Unfortunately I need a new unit . 2 days laterJesus and Anthony showed up to replace the unit. “On Memorial Day (of course), our main water shut off valve for the g
House started leaking. We were able to get the village out on a holiday and shut water off at the street and then called SN. Walter arrived after being at another Holiday emergency and then dealt with our valve issue. It wasn’t easy as fhe house is 42 years old and there wasn’t much pipe coming up out of the foundation to work with. Walter had to make several trips to Lowe’s and spent a few hours with us, but he didn’t give up and was able to avoid going into the foundation to make the repair. We appreciated his persistence and taking the time to get it done right. Thanks Walter !”
