“Andy and Walter were great, even though it was 2° outside they got the job done with smiles on their face. We had an unforeseen issue pop up and they handled it like professionals making sure my lines were properly repaired while keeping me in the loop the entire time.”
“I would have given this company less than 1 star if that was possible. The guy that came out, Ryan, didn't seem to know what he was doing. He walked into our house with mud all over his boots and got the carpet all dirty. Although I do think he tried to give us the best deal possible, I was concerned by how long it took him to figure out what to do and to put an estimate together. The front office, is an even worse scenario. I placed a phone call to the business and talked to Elaine. Not only does she not take the time to listen, explain things, is rude beyond belief, she does not follow through on what she promises your customers(phone call explaining if the technician is still coming and why he is running 1 1/2 hours late) Called after hours and during business hours, only to speak to an answering service. Both times I had to call back more than once to get someone to return a call. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and get a plumber that knows what they are doing and doesn't have a abrasively rude person in their customer service department. Hey Service Now…fire Elaine and get someone that can deal with the public in a professional matter.”
“Ryan Penman is too damned slow to ever use him again. I’ll never use Service Now if he going to be given the job. I was about to call to see if he got lost between here and Lowes .. 1 mile, because he was gone so long with our water off. All had to get was a ball valve!!!!!”

“I have been using ServiceNow for over a year, and while the technicians are excellent, the front office leaves much to be desired. They are consistently rude, often do not listen to your concerns, require you to repeat your issue multiple times, and still fail to get it right.
After more than a year of service, I have decided to stop spending my money on a company that treats customers this way. Jenean, in particular, provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you find yourself on the phone with her, expect a long and frustrating conversation where you will feel neither respected nor valued as a customer. She seems more focused on being right than helping you, often talking for three to four minutes without interruption about unrelated topics when she is unable to assist you, rather than simply stating that she can't help.
After enduring numerous unpleasant interactions with Jenean, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.”
