“I would have given this company less than 1 star if that was possible. The guy that came out, Ryan, didn't seem to know what he was doing. He walked into our house with mud all over his boots and got the carpet all dirty. Although I do think he tried to give us the best deal possible, I was concerned by how long it took him to figure out what to do and to put an estimate together. The front office, is an even worse scenario. I placed a phone call to the business and talked to Elaine. Not only does she not take the time to listen, explain things, is rude beyond belief, she does not follow through on what she promises your customers(phone call explaining if the technician is still coming and why he is running 1 1/2 hours late) Called after hours and during business hours, only to speak to an answering service. Both times I had to call back more than once to get someone to return a call. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and get a plumber that knows what they are doing and doesn't have a abrasively rude person in their customer service department. Hey Service Now…fire Elaine and get someone that can deal with the public in a professional matter.”
