“I called mid morning on a day that we were experiencing a winter storm warning with a furnace that was not operating correctly. We were also expecting some bitter cold temp in the next couple of days so I wanted to get the issue taken care of as soon as possible. I called and spoke with Linda, I told her the issue and she said that she could get someone to the house in the next couple of hours. I gave her my info and she told to expect a text when the technician was on his way. I got the text in about 20 minutes and Ethan showed up about 10 minutes later. He check over the furnace and found the problem. He replaced the part and made any needed adjustments, he was here about an hour. Thank you for the quick service.”

“I took advantage of your $89 service special to have the furnace checked before winter. Ethan is the tech that came out. He is a very knowledgeable, pleasant young man. He answered all of my questions. He offered the option of purchasing additional HVAC services under a “club” discount program. He even gave me suggestions on how to optimize the furnace and keep my family safe with the placement of CO2 and smoke detectors. Although I didn’t opt to purchase the membership, I will continue to call ServiceNow for my home repairs.”
